1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing bridgewaterroofer.com or contracting services with Bridgewater Roofer, you agree to these Terms of Service, all applicable state and federal laws, and local municipal ordinances.
2. Project Estimates & Proposals
All written roofing proposals provided following an on-site inspection remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date issued, subject to material price fluctuations in petroleum-based asphalt and metal coils. Unforeseen concealed structural conditions (such as rotted rafter lumber or unvented dead-air spaces discovered after tear-off) will be documented with photos and billed according to the unit prices specified in your contract.
3. Weather & Safety Scheduling
Roofing tear-off and replacement require dry, safe meteorological conditions. In the event of rain, snow, freezing ice, or extreme wind gusts exceeding safe OSHA thresholds, Bridgewater Roofer reserves the right to postpone operations to protect the structural watertightness of your property and the safety of our technicians.
4. Warranties & Guarantees
All completed full roof replacements carry our company-backed workmanship warranty in addition to manufacturer non-prorated system warranties (GAF, CertainTeed, Carlisle). Workmanship warranties cover leaks resulting from installer error or fastener failure, excluding damage resulting from subsequent named hurricanes, tornadoes, fallen trees, or unauthorized roof alterations.
